Boy With Cancer Asks Comedian To Attend His Funeral But He Has One Special Request

As a special note to our younger readers and those who may not wish to hear certain language, we urge to avoid clicking on the video below, as it contains graphic language. Now that that’s out of the way, the time has come to tell the story of one amazing little boy who was dying of cancer and had just one request.

Dylan was stricken with cancer at the age of 14 and while some children might have fallen victim to the temptation to feel sorry for themselves, Dylan is certainly not most children and he happens to have a special affection for stand up comedy that is downright adorable.

His dying request was actually a very simple one. He did not want to meet a swimsuit model or one of his favorite athletes or one of his favorite musicians. All he wanted was for his favorite stand up comedian to attend his funeral and fortunately for him, Russell Howard was more than happy to oblige.

But Dylan never could have known that Russell Howard would also turn the story about this experience into such a potent bit of stand up comedy as well. While the language might be a little bit coarse in parts, this is a story that is well worth watching and we urge to check out what Russell has to say.

We do not wish to spoil any aspect of this hilarious and touching moment and this is the type of story that is bound to have our readers laughing and crying in equal measure. We are certainly sad to see that Dylan has passed on to a better place, but we are glad that this young man did not allow cancer to dampen his spirits.

After all, laughter is truly the best form of medicine that we have available to us and if you would like to see what Russell has to say for yourself, please be sure to check out this amazing video and pass it along to your closest friends and family members as soon as possible!
