Do you know the difference between these two plungers and how to use them?

We’ve all had those epiphanies that take place when we finally come to the realization that we are using a product in a manner that is completely incorrect. While these moments are not always easy on the ego, they do serve to enlighten us and allow us to make the necessary changes.

Most of us already have a plunger in our home and we may even have deluded ourselves into thinking that we are A-OK as long as we grab the first plunger that we see, but this is typically not the case, so be sure to read on and find out why.

Did you know that there are two different types of plungers on the market and that one is made to clear out tough clogs in your bathroom, while the other is made for sink related clogs? To make matters even worse, both of these plungers look to be identical to one another.

However, if you are willing to stop and take a closer look, you will see that the plunger that has the more simplified suction device at its head is the one that you are going to need to use on the sink.

Flat bottom plungers are the plungers that are constructed with the objective of clearing out sink clogs. Meanwhile, the plunger with the more complicated suction device is the one that needs to be used to clear out all of your toilet clogs and this is the one that should always remain in your bathroom at all times…after all, you never know it when it may come in handy.
